Last I looked at it... well before Covid and the invasion of Ukraine... there was a bridge being built across the border... which, if ever completed, appeared it would benefit some obscure listing I'd found in HongKong... But, long ago, I don't remember what it was... And, back then, I'd given up any hope of trying to predict when Russia might finish their side... years in the making. China had built their side in a couple of months... but the niceties required each half being built by the home team... whether in the same league or not... But, it looks like the bridge finally got built... and finally opened... with the Russians getting a push from behind by the trade sanctions, that apparently what was required to overcome whatever it was that had them slow-rolling it before... Don't know, now, if my calculus re "who wins" if it ever gets built proved out...
