Here's an example of what we have to deal with. Despite the alarmism, I have no doubt that this is all due to climate change.

So how do we deal with this?

1) Pretend we can single-handedly stop the climate from changing by virtue-signaling to the rest of the world how we're going to ban fossil fuels.

2) Adapt to the changing climate, build more reservoirs, and stop assuming that the winter snow pack will act as a reliable "water reservoir."

Ideally the answer is both, but Sacramento in their INFINITE wisdom thinks that #1 precludes #2.
