Hi guys,

They hit sandstone in Hinton with no explanation for the magnetic response (as per Anthony Rich's statement in Dec 1 issue of the Northern Miner).

Regarding BH. Recognize the importance of Ashton's $4 mil purchase of a 10 tonne per hour DMS plant which has apparently been in the works for a while. They obviously have some longer term intentions starting with the K14 bulk sample. Also their news releases have been very difficult to analyze giving one the impression that they are trying to keep a lid on what they know. Ashton is well financed and do not need any financing at current prices so short term weakness in their price should not be a big deal to them. Quite possibly price weakness in the area play may offer them some distinct advantages depending on what their agenda may be. Any alterior motives they might have in keeping the neighborhood off balance is pure speculation on my part.

John.
