Torben. LGND has about 100 targets (75 in IRs and 25 in STATs) that address almost every pathological condition known. In addition to the receptors and ligands, they are looking at additional regulatory proteins that influence which genes are turned on where and under what conditions. I expect the basic research side to continue moving forward with breathtaking speed.
