I saw that. It's potentially a big issue. CZ was supposed to be the least stinky of the big global exchange operators so Binance meddling with Binance.us flows creates transparency and credibility issues and might also give American regulators the ammo they need to go after CZ. If CZ has a reasonable excuse or explanation he needs to get out in front of that now.

I said when FTX blew up several months ago that, imo, the last remaining big shoes to drop were CZ being revealed to be involved in financial chicanery and other shenanigans, and if Tether wasn't fully backed with liquid assets/dollars. I don't think Tether is necessarily a zero but in what's supposed to be the crypto equivalent of a money market fund... having a $1 peg revealed to be worth only $0.60 (or whatever the number is well below $1) is a big deal and will cause shock waves.
