Bad news for the people that bought high. There is still a lot of folks trying to get through winter at their Tahoe vacation home, and still commuting electronically. No idea what their backup plan is, especially if they get laid off. The problem in Tahoe/Truckee area is compounded by the blue collar worker being squeezed out financially. The smarter ones have already moved away and that trend is continuing. Bunch of formerly rich people living in Tahoe will soon be wondering who will be servicing there needs when things fail.
