I suppose in your world there's only one kind of autoimmune disorder, and it only has one possible cause. There's certainly an argument for simplifying your life, but creating your own reality is a step too far. There were at least 80 different autoimmune disorders before the mRNA debacle, and I'm sure it's added several to the list.
