Still No COT Report Published

The Commitment of Traders report was not published again this week due to a cyber-related incident at the end of January. See a 3rd press release posted here. The COT report will be published next week with a three week delay.

No quotes from Ed Steer this week, but he did note that the price action for both gold and silver was positive on Friday with a bullish candle stick for the day's action.
