Although Mr. Pink needs no defence, I do feel obligated to point out to you and others on this thread that you should really read the latest 10-Q. For those of you who wish to defend this stock and its management consider the following:

From the 10-Q. In the quarter ending Dec 31, 1997 there were 793,000 warrants excercised resulting in issuance of 793,000 new shared. Doesn't that seem like a lot of shares / selling pressure to be added to the outstanding base.

Also from the 10-Q. On Jan 1998, the company issued Amos Aharoni an option for 1,000,000 shares of the companies stock at an excercise price of 15.40 (essentially lowest price in last couple months). Doesn't a 1,000,000 share option seem a little excessive for a company with only 8,400,000 outstanding.

This seems way out of line to me.
