This is the rascally Russians master plan to win what has now become a U.S./Russia war (yay war!). Stymied by the U.S. refusal to discuss a diplomatic resolution, in which the Russians would easily defeat us (because they are so rascally), the Russians know that the only way to win the war is on the investment threads of SI, where their paid operatives can operate, in their rascally ways, by not sounding Russian.
