And, what does the UN Charter say about that... that Russia and China are... in Russia's case overtly (with Chinese support)... working to reimpose a "new world order" based on re-legitimizing colonialism... ?
The only obstacle to people recognizing that is, perhaps, the expectation in prior history that colonialism only refers to "takings" of lands full of people having genetic variants in skin color relative to Russians... Also, as the Charter appears to carve out different categories to consider as primary in the instance of "colonialism" being imposed inside the territory of an already existing state that is, itself, already a recognized UN member state.
Of course... the prior history of colonialism was not only carried out in relation to lands with alternate skin color... those were all places in which there were no pre-existing owners or governing structures... right ?
