kev,USBR had a strong move in the right direction today 10-9-96, as you know the short selling drove this stock into the ground over the last 60 days and we are in the 1's from the 9-10 range. Very small float, only 900,000 shares so any movement from either side will move this issue ( buying or selling). The chart screams BUY to me, you decide on your own.I feel that the drop is overdone. This issue is undervalued and predict that we will be out of the one's shortly. I'm long another stock your familiar with.......AKSEF. joseph
