LUMN and many things mentioned here are too complicated, risky, and unknowable for my portfolio. I've been selling this and that so that I could buy more US TBills. Today's purchase at 5% for one year. Buying them only in taxable account because they are state tax exempt. Now 12% of my taxable portfolio is in TBills.

If reits continue to drop, will rebuy some very soon. Refreshing to see Dana (DAN) crater after I sold cheaply last year. Oh, the psychology of investing....
