Negative income could be an offset.

BUT is it return of capital?

With passive income, you can only do that so much or it becomes treated as income after the original capitalization is exceeded in return of capital. Not wanting that either!

C- Corps have the better after tax treatment in rates, when profitable, which KMI has been, but with declining return of capital, which is tax free - nice!
