REE: KMI - dividend

I noticed on my Schwab 1099 KMI shows 100% of their dividend as ROC (Return of Capital). WMB was only 17.8% ROC. Any idea why KMI was so high? Not sure of the different ways they account for ROC but I do recall when doing the adjustments for the K1 Statements in past years, there were large adjustments to the cost basis (maybe from depreciation recapture). I wonder if the same thing is going on here?

If so, one would expect similar adjustments by WMB,PBA & ENB. I do see that my ETR had 100% ROC too.
