This was in today's MF lunchtime news: Ligand Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: LGND) rose $1 3/16 to $14 9/16 after the gene transcription company reported that its Targretin drug caused "complete regression" of 72% of breast cancer tumors in trials with rats.
