Frank, It is good to see responsible posts to this thread. I hardly ever post because of the immature nature of some of the ego-thrashing, character assassinations I see. It is refreshing to see someone like yourself that is genuinely interested in publishing information for people like me to consider, and do my own additional research if I have questions about some of the facts. We all need to understand that this is a 'bulletin board' for investment thoughts and ideas, not the Washington Post. Myself, I have confidence that the Board of Directors alone is a reasonable reason to consider the odds of a favorable outcome. Most of these men have a considerable risk of ruining their careers if they have entered into the position without a sense that the Las Cristinas situation has a reasonable chance of a favorable ruling for KRY. These men come from well respected arenas, and would not jeopardize all their previous accomplishments, or their futures, for a fistful of dollars.
