I called the company today and spoke to investor relations. They were told that the stock has to close at a bid of 5 or higher for 10 consecutive days and it will be listed on the national market. With strong earnings of $.30/share due to be announced in the beginning of march, this should really propell the stock upward. If they get the NMS listing that will allow institutions to get involved as well.
