Looks pretty normal to me. Sold out of trusts presumably on a defined plan. If they aren't selling like that quarterly would guess they do 1-3 times per year on a defined plan.

When you have wealth like the Walton heirs, sales like that amount to refilling your petty cash drawers. I think collectively the heirs still own almost 50% of the company.
