I have Ted Tesser's book (in previous post above from Irby) (was delivered in 5 days from Amazon).
Haven't read it, yet, or done anything special with setting up a
corporation. So far, all my accounts and services are in my name.
Don't know if this is good or bad when it comes to declaring
TRADER STATUS. We need an experienced CPA to join this thread.

Bell Boy, your a CPA.......what are your thoughts?
