Fascinating how fadism in medicine "comes around" as we learn more by actually studying things... Seems linear that "telomeres" are the key to longevity... so "more telomere protection" will make you live longer... except... that's how cancer works... so, cure cancer by reducing telomere protection ? Hmmm. Expecting to find simple solutions seems it often fails us. Everything, still... including Covid related... comes around to "inflammation"... the only positives for which appear to be in immune signalling tied to active infection... but, mostly otherwise... appears to be a problem induced by environmental impacts... as our chemical environment... and modern diets... life-style choices... along with changing gut flora and related... Strange it seems there's still not much focus on "inflammation"... not as a process... but as a system... or, as systemic level responses to X... that might have singular expressions...
