Comments:
T. Sterner - good list, although TCOMA looks to be double topping to me.
D. Jameson - Now that you have entered, virtually at any rate, do not expect the stocks to make 15% - I believe my comment said that an 'uptrending stock' is generally good for an average of 15%. Minor reversals do not make an up trend. To exit you should use the basic chart trendlining tools I mentioned in an earlier post. Admittedly it is an end of day tool, but when one starts out they should master the basics before losing really big money on expensive analytical software...
IIT - I think I finally patterned this thing. It took awhile, but it now looks that as long as it stays above 14.5 tomorrow, the next ceiling will be 17.25 before a correction. The upper near term strike is now 21, and that will move up if the pattern continues. Because this is a different animal, and as several have emailed me about it, I won't post it in the watch lists, but will make a daily note as appropriate. Cyclically the stock is moving in swings that increase by 1-2 days each period. This is good, as it implies the volatility is slowing and is much easier to map against asian market conditions. Since the major pattern was nonlinear, it took me a few swings to find the underlying channel. At least I think I may have found it. Again, as long as it stays above 14.5 tomorrow, give or take a couple ticks, that should be the new rversal point.
One last comment: With the new personal message capability on SI, I am now getting about 3-4 messages an hour. I only have a little time at lunch and the couple of times a day I take to go online to check on the market and do my things. I will try to read them all, but I will only reply to those who need an intraday response. I will try to get to the others at night. Hopefully that will be sufficient for everyone. If your question slips through the cracks, please email me as it wasn't intentional.
