Hey Chris don't forget to mention that Aharoni in the same 10 Q report also donated I'm sorry was paid 1 dollar for the TAD patent. Also as CEO had a salary of the enormous sum of $ 70,000 per year. Come on guys give us a break....if this is a fraud put your name on a piece of paper and send it to the SEC for review, if you correct the stock will tank and you will make a bundle. But don't get on this board and make misleading representations,and or twist data. Dan Loeb and Clemenza both had their opportunity on the conference call where they could have received appropriate responses to their questions. Instead they choose a forum where they can insult people not face to face but behind some computer where they feel almighty. Yo clemnza if you have $ 150 million what the heck are you doing on this post. You should be in MSFT or IBM. OH, I forgot your a follower not a leader.
