We were there on a holiday day, so that could be part of the problem. And maybe I've lived a rural life for so long, I've developed an aversion to the inner city?

The Market Place area was packed, and while visiting Faneuil Hall, it felt like a very impersonal space. We also saw some really strange street performances the likes of which we'd not seen before.......the whole place was like a circus. Kids laughing at weird stuff. Again..........it was a holiday, and people in cities have their own way of celebrating. Nothing wrong with that..........just not our cup of tea, but it was on one of our stops so there we were.
