I used to backpack the Sierras with my dad 60 years ago. Most fun I've ever had, the Sierras were amazing, you could see the Milky Way at night. The Sierras are now toast... you can't see much through the smog and dust. You can't drink the water anymore. Your grandchildren will never have the fun I had with my dad. They won't be able to blame it on me.
