Thanks - I've seen the sequence of posts in your link. It has a good explanation of the TED spread, but what I really want is some historical data that I can take a good hard look at. With the phase 1 of the Euro starting May 1, I have a hunch that there is going to be a lot of volatility. I am trying to understand my downside as well as my upside on the spread. The 101 post seems a little optimistic - like those gold coin adds on TV. I have gotten old enough to realize that nothing is as easy as it seems. If I find any hard data, I let you know.
