Hi E_K_S,

Heck YEA!

If ever there was a company out there that loves dividend increases - IT IS Armanino!

I'd expect that once they get those production facility efficiencies realized, we get a bump up to 3.5 or 4 cents a share. That will get my yield on cost up to where it once was. I added some higher priced shares last year.

I've been trying to add to, but seem to miss the dip buys by pennies.

I just love the number of shares outstanding never changing.

I want to visit them and give em a hug Italian style. <smile>

This is the one stock I just smile over having a position in.

If they expanded to a national foot print, I'd gain weight! LOL

Armanino Foods should join a joint venture with Johnsonville Meats. They are located 2 miles South of my Wisconsin home. We are both located on the Sheboygan River. Johnsonville Meats entered a joint venture with the Sarah Lee company for a period of about three years. Sarah Lee also had a meat business and they shared their meat plants. Sarah Lee's peak meat business was counter cyclical to Johnsonville's peak time which was summertime. Grille time in Wisconsin! Their combined production peaks created a stability in peak sales.

Sarah Lee wanted to buy them up into their holding company, but the Stayer family did not want to sell more than the original 20%. Sarah Lee wanted to buy them out or sell out the 20% they had bought.

Over the short time of the joint venture, Johnsonville Meats had tripled their sales! So the Stayer Family had hit it big, but had to pay a big price to get their 20% back. I'm sure the same thing could happen to Armanino Foods with a Joint Venture with Johnsonville. The national footprint and production sharing for different peak sales would be great business for both.

When we visit Armanino Foods, I'm going to give Anderson a copy of that book.

That combination would put AMNF into the teens!

Bob
