It’s where the drug dealers are.

The guy who posted that video, Jonathan Choe, posts a lot of video from Western Washington. He’s sort of a local Andy Ngo.

Choe had one a while back of a mentally ill teenager chasing him down Third Avenue with a hammer. Turns out the kid has been in and out of juvenile facilities his grandmother begged authorities to get him some help, to no avail.

Choe was the journalist who worked for KOMO who put out the “Seattle is Dying “ video.
