SDNA and Sean Burke, great points . . . now here are my additional two cents. Story about sales of receivables was overblown and here's why. You have to give credit to management who seizes every opportunity to maximize shareholder value. Selling receivables to put the capital to work in a better return opportunity is positive. Point about good management is crucial. I have personally worked with EMason during his pre-CPQ days and he is impressive. You can bet that a guy who can put the fear of God into journalists and analysts alike will do everything to not disappoint - especially quarterly earnings. Even if he has to sell receivables or something! Let's face it, the best cos. in the world pad their earnings outlook and have reserves in case of an unforseen shortfall. Our man Mason will not let us down!

Today was an aberration and not a big loss. Tomorrow may see sideways trading or maybe even a loss due to Asian pressures and the long weekend. I am bullish on this security and if you are too, I would not wait until after the weekend to get in. Investors will return from the long weekend recharged and ready to put their money to work. DELL reports on Tuesday and as you will see from their earnings history, they tend to beat consensus earnings. That will be a positive for all box manufacturers.

Finally, the DOW will go higher. Many are revising their outlook to even higher peaks - many are in the 9000 range. CPQ will ride this wave also. Any other opinions?
