COTS as of February 7, 2023 COT Report Published Keeping in mind there is a three week delay in the COT report, there were huge improvements in the commercial short positions for silver and gold as the commercial short positions declined. It will take until mid-March for the COT report to be current. Ed Steer's comments: "And one has to suspect that the set-up for a major rally in gold from a COMEX futures market perspective, is back on the table."
