Gary Do you know when the ASND shareholder's meeting is? Since they are a calendar Y/E company, I'm thinking middle of March, which means that notice of meeting could be in preparation now. Might one of the items on the agenda be a proposed merger or would that have to be separately disclosed in an SEC filing? I'm obviously getting a little frothy here re: a merger in the offing? Could the proxy statement being prepared be a source of the merger mania? I've been through a couple of non-SEC tender offers while in banking, but i'm a lost ball in tall weeds when it comes to the finer points of SEC company corporate governance procedures. I'd appreciate your thoughts. Ciao, Daniel
