It is possible that oil will not take off like I think it will. A couple of weeks ago there was a multimillion dollar derivative bet on WTIC making it to $100 by April. So I am not the only one who thinks oil jump is likely. Then again, Biden is not going to like to see oil going that high in an election year and I've heard that he plans to release another 26MB in June, just as the driving season begins.

In the market, anything is possible, even negatively priced oil. Trading is about playing the odds. There are no guarantees.

In other news, I did some more quantitative analysis on market history and discovered a very promising vein. One of these days my computer is going to become self conscious and start trading for itself ;)
