I think I already indicated that the actions of the the company that let up to the November 1996 action by the SEC would seem to have occurred under his leadership... Once again, your "facts" are INCORRECT. The SEC action was taken on activity that occurred in 1994. As LPasko already advised you, this was months before Mr. Raabe came on board. Stop your innuendo using incorrect information and assumptions. Simply using the words "would seem" does not excuse you nor does it lend itself to being factual.
