Today I sold the JNJ position and I spread the proceeds around in some of the other holdings in the account. JNJ was up 70% in capital gains and the sale generated $9,898.15 in cash to be reinvested elsewhere.

SYY .... 26 shares @ $76.68
NEE ... 13 shares @ $74.26
NSC .... 4 shares @ $227.32
