I am a buyer of Netmanage. CEO has stated 40% growth rate very reasonable this year, stock is trading at approx. 20 times trailing earnings right now, with a 40% growth rate attainable and the company seems financially solid I think it is a good value. I know that the overall look for Netmanage and FTP Software is lower than last year at this time with Microsoft putting the TCP/IP stack in Windows 95 and NT, however Netmanage has attained 100% growth rates or better in the past few years 40% is still not that bad and along with good cash reserves, no debt, their P/E looks good as compared to Netscape. However Netscape gets all the press and in the publics mind Netscape is the internet so I am sure that this is a intangible asset, but overall I like Netmanage the best at the moment.
