Got my 2022 K-1 for CVR this morning.

For the first time ever Box 1 Business Income is positive.

Box 1 Business Income is about 105% of Distributions. So I have more taxable income than distributions this year.

It is ALL classified as UBTI income (my box 20 UBTI Income = Box 1 Business Income).

This is sort of a disaster. I think the tax benefit to me of owning an MLP (UAN) is down to zero.

Haven't entered the numbers into Turbo Tax yet, but it looks like it's going to be painful in terms of tax obligation results....
