How the hell will they even get away with using the Zip trademark?
What are they going to rap it in a plain white package that starts
off with a bunch of disclaimers (see future lawsuits after their disks
start crashing Zips)and then mention that this disk works with some zip drives, but of course they can't use anything that looks like a Zip logo. What about all the money in licensing that the big boys are paying. I don't see it. This is probably the light at the end of the tunnel just before the cave in for Nomai. They are getting their disks
pulled in Europe as far as I understand. This judge just wnated to make them feel good before they end at the next ruling. Nomai's out.
