The S&P 500 (SPX) has entered into a new bearish volatility phase. This makes short term timeframes more useful whe applying DeMark indicators. From the 60 minute chart, the SPX recorded a TD Buy Setup @9. It is setup for a bounce to start the new week. Working in conjunction with the 2 hour and 4 hour timeframe (not shown), it is scheduled to reach ideal price sell exhaustion in the first half of the day. However, with the bearish trend, buying weakness would eventually be faded again unless the cluster of short term TDST Resistance at 3995.57 is broken – An indication the market is switching back to bullish.
