Hey.

I'm from the UK trying to buy US treasuries. The issue is, my broker has a $10,000 minimum per purchase and I'm looking for $17,000 ish. Plus, my broker has a commission.

The alternative is the primary market and all answers point to TreasuryDirect, but I can't seem to sign-up as a foreigner. All the registration info is US specific, and there's mention of an W-8, that I have already filed before with my broker.

Any suggestions ?
