I don't see how one thing involves another unless one is a social bigot and hates gays and transgenders.

The simple answer is IF... BIG IF... the board of directors thought inclusion and diversity as well as "risk management" were IMPORTANT jobs then they would have had TWO people do the TWO jobs reporting to the CEO.

Instead, they put both jobs under a fairly young, inexperienced person who obviously spent more of her time on the job that meant more to her than the safety of her depositors money.
