<< we actually get given Hasbro's game concept and then take it from cradle to grave. This makes us very different from the run of the mill OEM manufacturer.>> So, Hasbro is going to give up the brain power of Radica's team to have more work done by the schlock designers that contract to Tiger in order to save a few bucks? NOT! Maybe they'll try but what happens if the new stuff doesn't sell? Why burn your Radica bridge? I would imagine this situation will be handled somewhat delicately for quite a while. Also, besides being able to use the new factory space for the new Radica games (and I bet they might need all of that space come August just for their own games) maybe the extra space is for U-TEL in the first place. Maybe a contract is coming down the pike for U-TEL which will make the HAS ODM/OEM irrelevant. I remember David mentioning second half of '98 as being a time when U-TEL news may appear. A major U-TEL contract would explode the stock.
As for the Bengtson sales, he seems to be taking a less active role in the real nuts 'n bolts of the company and his sale still leaves him with ONLY 100,000 shares moving forward. Not a big negative, IMHO.
