Yes and yes . My knowing the details is limited as my schooling was for different tools . To me it would make sense for an alarm to ring if a box was over spec . CNR in Canada was good with the technical's . The engine has a dead mans break on remote . If you go over 30 sec without touching a foot pedal the train was stopped . Very well put together .from the technical side and the practical .
