Things would probably be better... if we could trust our doctors to be OUR doctors... instead of forcibly controlled conduits of political direction giving... that don't give a shit about our specifics... only "the agenda"
Bingo. All the incentives are for the Drs to blindly follow the system, and to push their patients to do the same. Indeed, their careers were threatened if they dared to question the narrative and discover what was really working. Medicine cannot advance under such circumstances. It's understandable, but not excusable, how this could happen.
