Florida is screwed too. Hurricanes and rising sea levels are devastating lowland areas. California reservoirs are much better but a lot of communities are flooded. I myself have planned for this for years. I have no faith the left or the right will react in time to stop the disaster. Its easily stoppable but people in first world countries are too lazy to change even minor useless habits.
