I do not know the reason for the recent moves but there seems to be a whole lot more optimism. Following are my comments.

Even though some folks have been selling at bargin basement prices, large blocks of shares are NO LONGER being offered cheap like they were last year, because those folks are out of the system. I think this is positive. There are a number of shareholders with more than 1,000,000 shares; rumor has it some are holding out for $10. or more.

I believe the micowave process works on ore as EMR has been indicating.

I think the just announced private placement is positive. Sure, there is a bit more dilution. However, based on their Nov.7, 1997 news release, EMR top management was purchasing $250K worth of the placement; they must be believers.
