This is a copy from yahoo that I wrote:
Next Level does answer their phone. Make sure you have the correct number. As a matter of fact, my first call I had to leave message on answering machine. They actually called me back. They will tell you nothing except to call Steve Cayou or Thomas Raabe. BTW, they are working on a new web sight the current one is old. They never said when it would be up. They have been around about 2 1/2 years and have 3 offices. Everything is still in negotiating stage. Thomas Raabe was pissed that I contacted them thinking that I may blow this whole deal. If they get numerous calls as Steve Cayou has, we as investors could screw this up for all of us.
Thomas Raabe would like some space from all investors so that they can close this deal.
I have to agree with one of the earlier post here that they sent this press release out one week to early. I'm not sure they were ready for this. I don't know if we will get a new release next week. If we do fine but I almost bet it will be a re-hash of the last release. I could be wrong, been before. I would think they would have new information in 2 or 3 weeks. This is my feeling company did not say this.
I'm an investor just like all of you and think the company officials have made a very large mistake here. We can't do anything about it now except wait.... My gut feeling tells me that this isn't a scam but remember that this is not signed in gold and can blow up at any minute.
As an investor, I would never tell another investor not to call a company for DD. All investors should do their own DD, period. The current situation with numerous phone calls is not our fault. Were only doing our job. The company officials made a mistake by not hiring a PR firm or hiring someone to answer calls. The second mistake was not submitting a second press release within a week to keep investors informed.
BTW, anyone bashing keneth888 owes him an apology. His information was correct. Officials simply changed their minds.
To Steve Cayou and Thomas Raabe, There are numerous ways of keeping investors up to date on the progress of the negotiations without providing inside information. I would like to suggest posting information on one of the message boards. This could cut the amount of phone calls so work can get done and deals closed. If this is out of the question, please elect someone to update the investors on a regular basis. As you can see by reading these post, we can turn into wild animals.
To investors: If the company does decide to make an appearance here, please be professional. Please, Please, Please.
Good luck to everyone,
James
P.S. Please remember, this is all my own opinion<b/> |
