Dirk: "Setting up SOES" refers to setting up the SOES entry box right on the NASDAQ circuit, right on my workstation, NOT entering it yet, but getting it ready to hit the bid if the stock weakens. Then, working the order inbetween on Snet broadcast, snet preference, ECN, phone, whereever, ready to cancel this process in a split second and using SOES if the stock weakens. Does that help? At no time do we ever submit two orders into the system. Noone needs errors. Regards, Steve
