On their own balance sheet yes, but this is a short term discount window and special temporary aid program where the bonds still belong to the banks as I understand.

I'll ask around twitter this weekend and see what some others think.

I'm hoping we get another industrial production release before earnings season. If the latest numbers look like this last release, I'm expecting a bloodbath in semis and tech. AAPL isn't freezing hires and bonuses because business is booming and META isn't doing another mass layoff because they are doing great either.
As usual, the Fred site was late updating the by sector industrial production numbers when we had the by percentage more vague release this week. I just went and grabbed the updated numbers and semis/tech fell off a cliff according to their data. Meanwhile, the NVDA cult members are bidding it up to record high valuations. This is going to be awesome when reality hits. I remember when INTC missed in the 90s and lost some ridiculous amount in seconds.
