Well I can afford up here a private clinic to get to see a doc skipping the cue.... so I pay .. not a lot..say 1300$ annually.. my sis in Cali pays astronomical fees for service which is not as responsive.. NOT NEARLY so.. and not even skipping a cue .. Good luck to you
