Don't know of any secondary offering. Mr. Pink recently met with management and likes them. Book value is over 20. Margins are improving but the return on equity is still meager. As book and REO builds this could be a $35 stock. Put it away and one day it'll get there. In the mean time co is about to start buying in beaucoup stock. Monsieur Pink
